Dr. Stuller earned her B.A in psychology from Louisiana State University in 1984. She earned her M.D. from Ross University School of Medicine in 2000 and completed her residency training in psychiatry at Temple University Hospital in Philadelphia, PA, where she served as a Chief Resident and faculty awarded her the John R. Benson Award for “Outstanding Teaching Skills during Residency Training.” She completed a fellowship in addiction psychiatry at University of Maryland Medical Center in Baltimore, MD, and is American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology certified in Adult and Addiction Psychiatry. Her peers selected her to the Regional Top Doctors in Addiction Psychiatry in 2013 and 2014.
Dr. Stuller has experience treating adults, adolescents, and geriatric populations in all aspects of psychiatry and addiction medicine. In addition to working at the Amen Clinic in Reston, Virginia, and Manhattan, NY, Dr. Stuller is principal owner and CEO of Stuller Resettings, LLC, where she works in private practice. She is also a provider in group practice at EHP Behavioral Services in Union Memorial Hospital, Baltimore City, treating dual-diagnosis patients. She additionally teaches medical residents at Union Memorial Hospital, volunteers, and serves on the State of Maryland Med Chi Physicians Health Committee overseeing case management of impaired physicians. She is the former Chief of Psychiatry at Baltimore Behavioral Health where she co-directed the Ambulatory Detoxification Unit, Partial and Intensive Outpatient programs. She has additionally worked at the Veterans Hospital in Baltimore, MD, and Philadelphia, PA, with training in the pain, methadone, PTSD, geriatric, inpatient, and outpatient ambulatory clinics, and involved in individual and group psychotherapy. She has also worked in the evening program at the Kolmac Clinic in Columbia, MD, with experience in ambulatory outpatient methadone and suboxone detoxification and maintenance programs, respectively. She has additional training in eating disorders through the Renfrew Clinic in Philadelphia, PA, and knowledge in sleep, genetic, mold, neurotransmitter, and nutritional biomarker testing and SPECT neuroimaging.
Dr. Stuller is a member of numerous professional societies including the American Psychiatric Association (APA), The American Academy of Addiction Psychiatry (AAAP), and the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM). She is a recognized national speaker for the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, American College for Advancement in Medicine, the Maryland Association of Osteopathic Medicine, and Wells Fargo Executive Brain Health. Her professional interests include applications of neuro-imaging in psychiatry and addiction medicine. She is a National Registry-certified EMT – Paramedic with Meritous Recognition, a PADI-certified dive master, private pilot, and avid golfer.
